To ensure optimum customer service, we’re hiring a Service Advisor to work with our clients. Your job will be to coordinate with Garages when customer’s vehicles need repairs. We’re counting on you to develop extensive product knowledge and to serve our customers with a friendly smile and honest guidance. We offer in-house training and support as well as competitive compensation. You will be reporting to Key Account Manager. Along with this, you have to identify the new garages to serve our customers better and faster. Candidate should have should have technical as well good knowledge in keeping relationship with customers.
Job Roles & Responsibilities: –
Contact Customer to get leads on Service Requests Ascertains automotive problems and services by listening to customer’s description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules Verification of Garage Estimates based on customer service requirement Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer’s approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns; arranging towing and temporary transportation Gather Spare Purchase Requirement from Garages Focus on increasing TAT Track service request and ensure timely delivery of vehicles Maintaining SLA
